The following are considered as personal data: Name, Surname, Personal ID number, address, e-mail address, etc.
The customer guarantees the accuracy of the entered data.

The Center for Business Psychology SYSTEMIC NLP-SEE DOOEL undertakes all necessary measures for personal data protection, in order to prevent loss, theft and abuse, as well as unauthorized access, change or destruction.
The Center for Business Psychology SYSTEMIC NLP-SEE DOOEL has no insight into the number, date, validity and security code of your payment card for the entire duration of the transaction, nor does it have access to any information related to your bank account.
The data is entered on the website of the processing center that processes the transactions for online payment.
- POLICY AND TERMS OF ORDERING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS/ SERVICES
This Policy applies to the ordering, payment and delivery of products/services ordered electronically.
The products/services and their prices will be displayed on our website.
You must add any of the products/services you want to buy in your cart and then proceed with the payment.
If you are a new customer, you will have the opportunity to create your account on our website, or continue shopping without creating an account.
Once logged in, you will need to confirm your order.
If you do not log in to your profile on our website, then before confirming your order you will be asked to enter the information necessary to confirm your order.
Before confirming the order, you will have the opportunity to identify if there are any errors in the data you entered, by reviewing the contents of the order. You will be able to correct such errors by updating the data in the order and replenishing your data.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will be transferred to another website where your payment will be processed. Payment will be made through the E-commerce terminal of Stopanska Banka AD and will be fully processed by an authorized company for processing online payments.
Payment for all products/services must be made by following the instructions on the website.
You can pay for the products:
- with credit / debit card or
- on the basis of an issued invoice – whereby the order will be realized after we receive confirmation that the paid funds have arrived on our account.
For products that will require delivery, in addition to the prices for the products, you will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs, which will be highlighted separately below the price for the product.
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within 5-7 working days from the date of payment of the product price and shipping costs.

- REFUND POLICY FOR PAYMENT CARDS TRANSACTIONS
The Center for Business Psychology SYSTEMIC NLP-JIE DOOEL does not refund the funds to the customer, each sale is final.
