Life is a process. A simple sentence that, depending on the context in which it is considered, the situation or challenge we face, the part of the story we are at or find out in, points to a certain dynamic in the overall existence of a particular individual or organization. Creating stories, conveying and telling them is a process of building a micro-cosmos that is part of the holistic dynamic processes of creating a character, culture, organization or society. In communicating with ourselves and with the people around us, these intertwined processes open up questions about our identity, mission and vision, where we are and in what direction we want to move. What drives us forward and what motivates us? We often wonder why something is or is not working out for us. And we have never set things up that if something doesn't work out, it doesn't mean it doesn't work properly. The Neuro-Linguistic Programming, as a science, links the processes of thinking, behavior and action that are expressed through verbal and non-verbal communication in different aspects of daily life. These are in fact the most influential components of human behavior and action, through which influence can be made in a positive way to overcome the above-mentioned challenges we face at some point in our life processes. NLP is changing the way we think about in a course that enables achievement of positive transformation and overcoming the challenges we face in communicating with loved ones or in the work we do. Often, if not in most cases, these "challenges" arise from the inability to understand what is behind the surface in communicating with the people around us. Why we act the way we do, why someone responds to us in a certain, unwanted way, even though we have explained everything properly or vice versa. The answer is that each of us has an own "map" of the world, that is, an own perception of reality built upon the beliefs and values that are learned and built up through life. Processing information that comes to us is unique, different for each of us, and it also means expressing it differently in our daily communication with the people around us. This is important not only in communicating with our loved ones, but also with the people in the teams in the organization in which we work. Developing a sense of belonging in the different systems we want to belong to depends on the way we communicate, process information, and the beliefs and values we acquire through life. Initially beliefs and values, that is, the value system develop and originate from the family. Parents, their parents, our grandparents, great-grandparents etc. stand behind us in every family. They have faced different life situations, with different dynamics in different contexts that, regardless of genetics, are reflected in our behavior in the systems we want to belong to outside the family. There is a strong connection between family and organizational systems. How we relate to ourselves depends on our family dynamics, and it all reflects on our connection with other people and the world around us. We are all systemically connected and dependent on each other. And that has an impact on developing a global sense of belonging and developing collective consciousness through organizational, systemic action. The Neuro-Linguistic Programming in its fourth and fifth generation focuses on these issues and successfully develops models and techniques based on the principles of system methodology that provide frameworks for understanding complex system processes. Understanding the people in your team, conveying the short-term and long-term goals of the organization, ensuring connectivity across all parts of the organization, as well as developing a sense of belonging to it, are crucial to the successful functioning and survival of a business in today's dynamic environment. The combination of NLP techniques and systemic work provides a comprehensive framework for diagnosing, understanding, and addressing the complex processes behind individuals' behavior that are reflected in family relationships, the people we interact with and the organizations in which we work. Understanding the realm of the soul, or family dynamics, enables one to understand thought processes, body reactions and emotions from another, more fundamental, deeper angle, and thus to balance and overcome life's challenges in a sustainable way.
