For 13 years, the Center has been organizing various trainings and events, training and coaching teams and individuals, collaborating with a wide range of organizations from different sectors, participating in international conferences, appearing as a guest in all media and portals. What is Systemic Coaching?
The individual/employee is part of a larger partnership-type system, that involves building relationships such as: family relations, social reality relations, team relations within the organization.
The systemic approach identifies the processes of communication and behavior of the individual in the system, based on the values and beliefs of the individual, as well as of the group, i.e. the system to which the individual belongs. All the dynamics of the family system from where the individual comes from are intertwined in the background of the behavior, action, motivation, decision making, as well as other everyday personal and professional processes.
Perceiving, understanding and resolving unconscious patterns, i.e. dynamics in ant type of systemic relationship can create a significant change in perception, behavior and action. These dynamics cannot be resolved without understanding the dynamics of the group, the system.
